“West's voice reminds me of a slightly more polished version of Phosphorescent, think Tom Petty riffs with Eric Clapton level solos.” - No Country For New Nashville

West has also collaborated with Miley Cyrus contributing a cover of Bob Dylan's "You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go" to Amnesty International's compilation record, "Chimes of Freedom: A Tribute To Bob Dylan".
